Pizza Biscuits

This is another wonderful Pinterest idea but it didn't come with a link.  It could easily be an appetizer if you wanted it to be, but I often make these on a night where we don't want a big dinner or we have something going on and need a quick dinner.  They are super easy and a big hit at my house!!!

the picture is from Pinterest but like I said it didn't come with a link to the website
Can of Biscuits (I usually buy the four pack pillsbury and use them for different things like this and mini monkey breads)
Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni (cut up or buy the mini's)
Garlic Powder, Basil, Oregano, Parsley (this is where you can get creative and add whatever you want or nothing at all!!!)
Pizza Dipping Sauce

Stretch the biscuit a little and stuff the cheese, pepperoni, and whatever else mixture in the middle and close the edges(almost like into a ball).  This doesn't have to be perfect and if it stays open a little bit thats okay to.  Place them in muffin pans.  Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until the biscuits brown or seem done to you.  Serve with Pizza Sauce!  Easy and so enjoyable!!!

I am sure you could probably buy the Pillsbury Pizza Crust and cut them up and make them in the muffin pans to but I have always just used the biscuits. You could also make them in mini muffin pans as bite size appetizers sometimes to!

  1. Great recipe, Danielle! Thanks! I love to make little appetizer type foods like this on Saturdays - especially if there is a football or baseball game on!
