Pumpkin Crisp

This is good, and I don't even care for pumpkin flavor.

  • 15 oz can pumpkin
  • yellow cake mix
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinammon
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9 X 13 pan
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt
Pour into pan
Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin
Top with nuts
Drizzle with butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
