Coleslaw:
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 3 tablespoons apple-cider vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small head cabbage, cored, finely shredded
- 2 carrots, finely shredded
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
I just used a bag a coleslaw from walmart then added the rest of the ingredients! It was delicious. People were going for seconds at the ladies fellowship!
this is the one I make to and I really like it! Its different than some of the usual cole slaws but I like whatever it is that makes it extra special to :)
