Rebekka's Menu Plan for Wednesday, Feb. 1st through Monday, Feb. 13th

Wed., 02-01 - Eat Out
Thurs., 02-02 - Spaghetti and Meatballs, Garlic Bread
Fri., 02-03 - Grilled BBQ Chicken, McCormick BBQ Potatoes, Lima Beans
Sat., 02-04 (Lunch) - leftover Spaghetti and Meatballs
Sat., 02-04 (Dinner) - Pork BBQ Sandwiches, Corn on the Cob, Sweet Potato Fries
Sun., 02-05 (Lunch) - leftover BBQ Sandwiches, Sweet Potato Fries
Sun., 02-05 (Dinner) - Appetizers to watch the rest of the Super Bowl (after church)
                             will probably make some finger sandwiches, some stuffed mushrooms, some
                             chips and dip, etc.


Mon., 02-06 - Portuguese Chicken and Peppers served over Orzo
Tues., 02-07 - Chicken Cornbread Dressing, Lima Beans, Squash and Onions
Wed., 02-08 - Eat Out
Thurs., 02-09 - Slow Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken and Beans (new recipe - if it turns out I will blog it!)  :)
Fri., 02-10 - leftover Slow Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken and Beans
Sat., 02-11 (Lunch) - Fried Rice
Sat., 02-11 (Dinner) - Jammin' Jambalaya
Sun., 02-12 (Lunch) - leftover Fried Rice
Sun., 02-12 (Dinner) - leftover Jambalaya
Mon., 02-13 - Chili served over Tater Tots

  1. You should make the garlic knots to go with your spaghetti. We are having them again this week at some point.

  2. That's a great idea! Unfortunately, I don't have what I need for those & I do have frozen garlic toast. But I'll have to add that to next time's menu plan! :)
